Takedown Requests

To submit a takedown request, please send an email to [email protected]. We will review your request and take appropriate action.

Please provide the following information in your request:

• Your contact information (name, address, email, and phone number)
• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the infringing material and its location on our platform
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your request is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your electronic or physical signature

Once we receive a valid takedown request, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material.

Counter Notices

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter notice. Please provide the following information in your counter notice:

• Your contact information (name, address, email, and phone number)
• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location before removal
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your electronic or physical signature

Once we receive a valid counter notice, we will provide a copy to the original complainant and reinstate the removed material unless the complainant notifies us within 10 business days that they have filed a lawsuit seeking to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

All content submitted by users on our platform is the sole responsibility of the user who submitted it. We do not claim ownership of any user-submitted content. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, please follow the takedown request process outlined above.

Fair Use

Our platform respects the principles of fair use. Fair use allows for the limited use of copyrighted material without permission from the copyright owner for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.
